Rally
Private beta

Your AI agents are still single-player.

Software engineering spent two decades tearing down silos between developers. Agents quietly rebuilt one: every session belongs to whoever opened it, invisible to everyone else on the team. Rally makes agent work multiplayer, built into the editor and dashboard your team already uses.

Private, early beta. Rolling access, not a waitlist that never moves.

The problem

Agent work is trapped with whoever started it.

Not because anyone's hoarding it on purpose. Nothing about how agents work today lets it be anyone else's.

Agents belong to whoever opened them

Ask Claude Code or Cursor to investigate something and the session lives in your terminal, your history, your context window. Nobody else on the team can open it, see it, or continue it.

No handoff mid-task

Close your laptop while an agent's mid-job and that work is stuck with you. A teammate can't pick up where you left off. They start over from nothing.

Good work disappears anyway

Even when a session goes well, all that's left is a transcript in a private chat log. The team relearns whatever it taught you, one person at a time.

How Rally works

Agent work lives on the project, not in your terminal.

Claim a job from the editor or the dashboard, it doesn't matter which. Once it's running, anyone on the team can open it, watch it, or take it over. Nothing about it is private by default.

Editor panel

Rally built directly into your editor. Start a job, claim a task, or check what an agent's doing right now, without leaving your code.

Shared project

Every agent job, task, and decision lives on the project itself, not inside one person's session. That's what makes picking it up or steering it possible.

Web dashboard

The same live project, in a browser. Open any agent's session and watch it work in real time, whether you started it or not.

Agents connect the same way your teammates do: as actors on the project, not a private chat window on the side. More on that below.

The comparison

Without Rally, versus with Rally.

Where agent work lives · without

In a private chat window only one person can open.

Where agent work lives · with Rally

On the project, where anyone on the team can reach it.

Agents mid-task · without

You can't redirect an agent without stopping it and losing its progress.

Agents mid-task · with Rally

Drop in a message while it's working. It adjusts without starting over.

Handoff · without

If the person who started a job goes offline, the work is stuck with them.

Handoff · with Rally

Anyone can claim it and continue exactly where it left off. No re-briefing.

Morning check-in · without

“What did the agent actually do overnight?” Silence, or a wall of scrollback.

Morning check-in · with Rally

You open the project and see exactly what happened, in order.

Repeat work · without

Someone re-investigates something the team already answered last month.

Repeat work · with Rally

Rally flags the overlap before the new task or investigation gets created.

Feature breakdown

What it actually takes to make agents multiplayer.

This isn't another task tracker with a chatbot bolted on. Every feature here exists so agent work can be seen, joined, or picked up by more than one person.

Agents connect as real teammates

Claude Code, Cursor, a CI bot, or any MCP-compatible agent gets its own identity on the project. It sees what the team already knows, and its work gets written back in, instead of starting cold and disappearing when it's done.

Steer it, or take it over

While an agent's working on something it claimed, anyone on the team can drop in a message to redirect it, or claim the job themselves and pick it up from exactly where it left off.

One shared record

Tasks, investigations, decisions, and agent jobs all live in one place. The editor and the dashboard show the same tabs and the same live data, not two apps pretending to be in sync.

Live, not static

A live feed and presence indicators show what's happening right now: who's online, what they're working on, what an agent just finished. You're never looking at a stale snapshot.

Duplicate-work detection

Before anyone, or any agent, starts a new task or investigation, Rally checks if something similar already exists and flags it. Less time spent redoing work that's already done.

Real teams, GitHub-style membership

Proper accounts, invite by email, accept or decline, an owner role that manages who's in. No shared links, no guessing who has access.

Built with real security hygiene

Password reset, session management, rate-limited login, revocable access tokens. The account layer is built like it matters, not bolted on as an afterthought.

Why this matters

Software engineering keeps trying to kill the silo. Agents brought it back.

Code review exists so no change ships without someone else seeing it. Version control exists so nobody's work lives only on their machine. Pairing, standups, pull requests, all of it points the same direction: don't let critical work live inside one person's head.

Agents reset that. Right now, an agent's context and everything it just did lives inside one chat window that only the person who opened it can see. It's the exact failure mode the rest of software engineering has spent two decades designing against.

Rally treats an agent's work like it treats a pull request: something the whole team can see and pick up, not something that quietly lives and dies with whoever happened to start it.

P

PriyaEngineer

Claimed the checkout latency investigation this morning. Left a decision on record before heading into a meeting.

Claude CodeAgent

Picked up an Agent Job overnight. Read the investigation Priya filed, had the context already, didn't ask her to re-explain it.

S

SamEngineering manager

Saw the agent was heading toward a migration the team already rejected. Dropped a steering message mid-task to redirect it.

CI BotAgent

Opened an investigation when a deploy regressed. Flagged as a duplicate of one Sam already had open, so no time got wasted.
